Have managed to knock out 45miles over the past 3 days, all around afan argoed. For tomorrows adventure Ive decided to put on the road trainers and do some miles through the mountain lanes. Dont know what route to take or how far / long to go, just going to have some fun. Ive not been on the roads for a while but will have to start doing more with snowdonia not so far away.
Need new trail trainers and new road trainers. Note to self, order new trail trainers from Likeys on Thurs.

ReplyDeletewe're doing a little more road for snowdon too though not sure either of us enjoy it any where near as much as the freedom of off road, but i guess needs must. let us know how you get on!
